If it turns out that the mind&#8217;s intention is outside of Dantien, then connect and mix the centers again in lower Dantien.<\/p><p>Effects. This method quickly activates the Qi in the body, and the effects of strengthening the body are obvious. After a short period of exercise, you can feel a slight tremor, warmth in the body and between hands pulling and repulsion, as well as difficulty separating or closing the hands, etc. This method is not only for treatment, it is also a basic Gong, or martial arts training. It is a way to loosen the hip belt, pelvis and tailbone in moving Qigong in a short time. If we maintain the correct posture, automatic movements will not appear. However, slight swinging or trembling are signs of loosening the body, they are something other than automatic movements.
